Next is pavement construction. There are many demands here. After I summarize, there are ten points.
1. The first point is to check whether the foundation works meet the slope, flatness requirements, clean up the field, football field artificial turf field requirements are up to standard.
2. The second point is the setting-out, using the theodolite and the steel tape to find the center of the site, and according to this point to locate the rest of the site points, line accurate position;
3. The third point is to use a lawn truck to carry artificial grass into the site, along the longitudinal direction, and in turn from one end of the longitudinal side to the other end of the push; lawn spread must check the quality of the lawn, and observe the light through the sun, so that the grass as straight as possible. After that, use a lawn cutter to cut off the white grass line woven on the outer edge of the artificial grass and put it aside.
4. The fourth point is to overlap the joints of the turf 2-3 cm, using a push-type blade cut, so that the two sides of the turf joints close together;
5. The fifth point is to spread the 40 cm wide turf linking fiber cloth along the turf joints, and apply the special adhesive to the turf evenly on the fiber cloth and the two sides of the turf bottom cloth.
6. The sixth point is viscose, we measure the outdoor temperature, humidity and wind, reasonable control of the time to air, generally placed 10-25 minutes later, the lawn adhesive table dry about 80%, judgment criteria to non-stick hand is appropriate, the two sides of the turf joined together, and the use of adhesive on fiber cloth. Special attention is paid to the one-time accurate completion of the adhesion of the lawn, must not open and close many times, this will affect the adhesion effect of the lawn, thereby affecting the service life of the lawn. After the lawn is bonded, the lawn sand injection truck is used to press the joints of the rear wheels when the lawn is fully loaded, so that the joints of the artificial grass can be bonded more tightly and firmly.
7. The seventh point is that after the basic splicing of the turf, according to the pre-positioning of each point line position, with a lawn cutting knife cut, pull out the cut grass, then 30 cm wide fiber cloth into the bottom, scraping and coating special glue, the original pre-set white grass into, cementation and compression;
8. The eighth point is particularly important, in the artificial turf after the basic splicing, due to uneven stress, there may be some local turf folds, the correct way to deal with this is to cut the folded part with a paper knife, straight butt, cut the overlapping part in the middle, and then cementation;
9. The ninth point is to fill quartz sand. After the artificial grass is completely treated and cleaned up, the quartz sand is filled into the artificial lawn. The rubber particles of half of the prescribed amount are evenly dispersed on the lawn by sand injection comber to make it fully compact and smooth. Then the other half of the quartz sand evenly sowed, combed into the turf, filled with quartz sand should ensure that the site is smooth, feet feel good, grass hair in an upright state.
10. The last point is that after sand injection, the rubber particles are sown. The operation is the same as that of quartz sand. The filling amount should be slightly less than 15 mm of grass wool. After filling, inspect the construction status of the site, manually deal with the corners which can not be reached by local mechanical construction, and clean up the site.
