1. Remove the lawn.
The first step in the renovation of man-made grasslands is to clear the old man-made lawn. This seems to be a simple but crucial step. Everyone knows that man-made lawns are laid with linking cloth bonded together by special glue for man-made lawns. Tools are needed to cut the lawn before the lawn is removed. The level is removed, not the whole lawn.
2, maintain field evenness.
There are cement, asphalt and gravel in the foundation of artificial lawn. It is unavoidable to use tools or machines to deal with old man-made lawns. In this way, the ground will be crushed by machines and cause deformation of the foundation. The cement and asphalt foundation is relatively better. If it is gravel foundation, the foundation will be concave and convex because of external force. The flatness of the foundation is less than 4 mm and the error of 3 meters is less than 4 mm. It has a certain slope, generally 3-5%, so as to drain in rainy days. Keeping the field evenness is not only conducive to the laying of artificial lawn, but also to the drainage system of the site.
3, waste materials processing budget
Throughout the demolition process, there must be a lot of waste materials to be treated, and all need to be removed, filling accessories after years of sun and rain use, the original performance has long been lost, safety performance is not available. According to the standard of grass height of 50 mm, 11-person football stadium has an area of 7,848 square meters, a square of artificial lawn is about 2.7-3 kg, a single field of lawn is about 21-23 tons, leaving aside the loss and wear, it is also about 20 tons, followed by rubber particles and quartz sand, according to FIFA standard, every square meter of lawn is filled. Filling 25 kg quartz sand + 6 kg rubber particles, a site with 196 tons of quartz sand and 47 tons of rubber particles, minus loss and damage, plus more than 200 tons of waste materials, according to the different transportation costs and labor costs of each region, this is a relatively large cost, so this budget must be taken into account.
4. Cleaning site
After removing the old lawn, the site will leave a lot of garbage waste. Before laying a new artificial lawn, the site foundation must be cleaned up, and the waste and auxiliary materials left behind must be cleaned up. If conditions permit, it is better to wash with water to clean up the surface of the ground dust, so as to better ensure the site. It is better to clean up and then further build artificial lawns.
