1. Before the construction of artificial grass products, the flatness, gradient and surface appearance of the site foundation should be tested first. The flatness error should not exceed 3M ruler 3mm. If the flatness and gradient can not reach the above-mentioned targets, the site foundation needs to be rectified. Only after the above requirements are met, the site construction can be carried out.
2. Set-out (measurement), find out the center point of the site and two semicircle centers, and according to these three locating points, draw a ruler to set out the intersection point of the center line and the edge line of the site, then use the Pythagorean Theorem to determine the exact position of the center corner, the point and the line of the site, and then determine the position of each functional point and line; and use ink or paint line to pop up.
3. Spread the artificial turf into the field along a side line, and ensure that the white line woven in A1 roll matches the bottom line. Then each roll of turf advances from one end of the bottom line to the other end in turn. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the white line in A14 or A15 roll matches the middle line, so that the white line in A28 roll of turf matches the other. The bottom line is the same, in the process of turf spreading, try to minimize wrinkles.
4. If the white turf part of the artificial lawn is knitted, it must be cut into white lines with a width of 120 mm by hand and put aside for use.
5. The green turf of artificial lawn is lapped by 2-3 centimeters at each joint. The turf on both sides is cut from the center of the lap with a cutting knife, so that the turf on both sides can be lapped as closely as possible, and then trimmed with a cutting knife.
6. Spread 20 or 30 cm wide connection belt along the joint of artificial lawn turf, put it under the turf, try to make the joint of the turf in the center of the connection belt (if wet by rain, it needs to be dried for half an day). Then apply universal glue evenly on the connection belt with rubber scraper, and then put the two sides of the turf together. Glue on the connecting belt and hammer with rubber hammer, so as to make the bonding part tight. If the gap in the joint is large after straightening, it can be cut 2-5 centimeters apart and stretched to the interface to ensure the appearance of the artificial lawn is beautiful.
7. After the basic splicing of artificial lawn turf is finished, draw the wire again to determine the exact position of each function line and point, cut the paper knife, pull out the cut grass, put the connecting belt in, scrape and glue, put back the original prepared white grass line, after cementing, beat repeatedly with rubber hammer, so as to ensure that the connection is closely bonded.
8. When the artificial turf spreading and splicing are finished, the folded part of the turf needs to be opened by a paper cutter, straight docking, cutting the overlapping part, and then cementing.
9. After all the grass is bonded, the brusher is used to comb the lawn. For the first time, the lawn brusher is used to comb the lodging grass lines in the whole field.
10. At this point, the lawn construction of artificial turf has been completed.
